Just got back from best buy croydon. Asked a guy about the launch. He said they will be selling at 5pm and has no idea of stock levels
Not sure i'll be there at 4am!!!

The IMG tags are only for images that already appear on the web. What you place between the image tags is the URL to the image location. (Be sure to use TIMG instead of IMG for large images). For images that exist on your computer, simply click the paperclip icon when composing a post and attach the image.

It's the images from the computer that I'm having problems with. It used to work, and I got no "clunk" when it did work. BTW, on the forums, all the img options are enabled. Other people still do it.

My 3GS is a lot snappier than before. They fixed the annoying issue about the unlock bar sensitivity being too high (had to go exactly straight). And most of the animations no longer stagger.

They likely don't have any refurb 2008 iMacs fitting the specs of your model, so you'll get a new one. :)

Now that I have a great new white iPhone 4, I'm taking a wait and see approach.

It has nothing to do with the color, but rather how great this new model is.

Normally I trust Apple and pre order the moment they release each new iPhone. But after getting burned with Antennagate, I'm not taking the risk.

Another shocker is how many improvements the new white iP4 has. It's far and away the best of all smartphones.

The performance as a phone is wonderful. Loud and clear, it doesn't drop calls. So now that I have a great iPhone there's no reason to get iPhone 5.

I'm going to enjoy this one till iPhone 6.

It's still beats the pants off anything windows...we're just used to everything working so well it's easy to critique.

That's really my point. Apple has set the bar high for itself. If I bought a Windows CE phone, I'd expect to have problems. But few Apple products in the last decade have had so many highly publicized issues as iPhone 4. Notice there isn't much press about iPhone 3GS issues or iPad issues or Mac Mini issues. Apple usually produces produces with great usability and high reliability. Maybe I've just gotten spoiled over the years....

I am too new at CS5 to be of much help, but I wonder if this would be of any help to you (?):

a. Take a good quality RAW photo of the picture, and open this RAW image in Camera Raw as a Smart Object. See if you can adjust the area that is too light (left of the photo).

b. Now, double-click on the image shown in the Layers panel, which in turn will open a layer of the image in Camera Raw. Now adjust the dark side of the image, and then click on "Done." The result is two layers blended into one.

I have upgrade my iBook OS, from OS922 to 10.3.8.
(iBook G3 800 MHz, 384 Mb SDRAM, HD 40Gb, ADSL256)

Before I erased all data on my hard disk to zero. Clean installation also.

After that, as a result, I have a corrupted display and a freezed iBook!
(see attached...)

BUT, if I boot the iBook without extensions, (safe boot),
it's ok....

I have no ideas how to solve this bug. I tried to re install twice, no more success... I run Disk Utility, TechToolsPro, DiskWarrior, nothing special...

I think to understand a System log could help.

What does <The "HasShadow" window property is obsolete> mean?
How, and where learn to use those system log?

I usually manage well my troobleshootings, but I'm not at all experienced in Unix, BSD, and System log.
